No Fear Athletics was created after going through my own health and wellness journey and losing 50 pounds. I created a company where women can be coached to reach their realistic health and wellness goals. No Fear products and encouraging shirts to remind women and men that we are striving to live life with no fear.

Fear will arise in our lives at some point but we must lean on the word and be strong because the enemy will try and attack in our weakest moments. Fear is used to discourage, delay, and steer us away from what God has for us. When fear is present, we must remember that we are safe in the Fathers arms.
